Dear Club Member,

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic provisions, the IRFU has completely changed their ticket distribution system for the Autumn International Series. This system will now involve Ticketmaster.

Please complete the attached Excel Request Form, detailing the category of ticket & number you wish to purchase for each game using the TABS on the bottom of the Spreadsheet. (max of 2 per game).

The deadline for receipt of these Request Forms (by e-mail only) is MONDAY 11th OCTOBER 2021

Wexford Wanderers RFC will correlate the Request Forms and pass them to Leinster Rugby/IRFU, for forwarding to Ticketmaster.

The IRFU and Ticketmaster then make the necessary allocations of tickets.

No payment is due now, but if your request is successful Ticketmaster will issue an Invoice to you by email & on payment of same, electronic tickets will issue to you.

This is due to happen in late October.

To avail of this opportunity, you must be a fully paid-up member of Wexford Wanderers RFC for the 2021/22 season. These criteria will be strictly enforced.

The number of available tickets has been reduced by various factors including the  limitations on the attendance allowed by Public Health restrictions.

Leinster Rugby clubs will only get 70% of their normal allocation, no matter what happens regarding numbers allowed to attend the Aviva on match day.

Sending in this Request is not a guarantee of a ticket.

Ticket holders need to be aware of rules applying on match day under Covid regulations for access to games.
